Aimee Elizabeth Bourre was born September 4, 2012 at 1:21pm. She weighed 2 pounds, 2 ounces. She was born at 29 weeks, 5 days due to pre-eclampsia and placental abruption.

She spent 62 days total in the hospital. 26 days in the NICU at McMaster Hospital and 36 days in the special care nursery in Cambridge Memorial Hospital. She came home on November 5.

Cambridge

It's been a while since I have updated this. Aimee got transferred to Cambridge on Sunday. She's doing really good. She is no longer in the NICU, just in the regular nursery.

 She is up to 1497 grams or 3  pounds 4 ounces. She is eating 30 mL every 3 hours now. The nurse was saying today that she may be able to start nursing or bottle feeding soon, maybe tomorrow. 
Her onesie is a little big.

She slept almost the entire time we were visiting her today and woke up as we were getting ready to leave.
